After seven years of partnership – Encore Heating and Air Conditioning announced on Monday October 8th 2010 that as of the previous Friday, Encore would no longer partner with The Home Depot of Canada.
This change is driven by the company’s new partnership with Rona.
“At Encore we’re committed to providing the best solutions for our customers. While the partnership with Home Depot has been beneficial, we believe that today Rona offers the best value for our customers” said Nazir Akramy, Business Manager.
Customers who purchased any HVAC product through our partnership will continue to receive the service they’ve come to expect from Encore. Encore will continue to provide full warranty service and maintenance plans to customers who purchased their equipment through Home Depot.
New customers will no longer have the option of purchasing Encore equipment on their Home Depot card.
